Fried Ice Cream

Fried ice cream is the best damn thing, the inventor of this dessert deserves a Noble Peace Prize Award, give it to soldiers on a battlefield and wars would cease. The sensation from the hot, crunchy bread; and the shock waves that flow through your body when your teeth comes in contact with the frozen ice cream; and the sweetness from both the bread and ice cream makes you experience some sort of climax that shoots you off to cloud 9, and all you worries disappears for about a minute or two. Then you are back to reality :(! 

I discovered it in my school's Wednesday Night Market about 2 months ago, and it is what gets me through the shitty week just so I can eat fried ice cream on Wednesday.

This is the gateway to heaven. Its adjacent to NZ, just behind SG16.

It comes in Vanilla (the only flavor I've tried), Chocolate, Strawberry, Oreo, Chocolate Chip, Vanilla Chip and a few others I don't know about. Costs only RM2.50.

How they look before deep frying.

Deep fry for less than a minute, just till it's evenly golden brown .

Looks kinda flat from this angle but it is spherical in shape. And it also has pie crusting!

I ate it like 1 hour after I bought it, so it melted a bit.

I found some video recipes only, and I noticed that they are two variations, 1; using crumbs (bread, cereal, biscuits), 2; using bread.
