Bonne journée! Comment allez-vous aujourd'hui? I go by the name of
Samuel and I am an epicure, or who a lay man would call a ‘foodie’. So basically
this blog is about my food adventures, cooking and dining out; and also any
other thing that catches my eyes. I’m starting this blog based on my friends
suggestion, initially I was reluctant because I feel blogging is too
mainstream/cliché, but she suggested that I start a food blog which I don’t
really come across too often unless looking for recipes. So at the moment I
think I’ll just start with my methods on preparing already popular cuisines, and also my dining out experiences with restaurants/street hawkers et cetera
et cetera….
I am by no means a
chef, just a soon to be graduate of Accounting & Finance who is passionate
about food. Although I would love to attend the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in
the near future (God willing), which is like the Harvard/Yale/Oxford (Ivy
League) of culinary arts in the world. With the diploma I get from Le Cordon
Bleu, I would want to start my own restaurant someday.
